The Connecticut Physical Fitness Assessment (CPFA) is given yearly to all students in grades 4, 6, 8, and one HS year (usually grade 9 or grade 10) who attend a public school in the Connecticut.

There are four (4) areas for the Fitness Assessment:  push-ups, curl-ups, sit and reach, and mile run (PACER is an option, but Ridge Road will be using the mile).

Fitness Testing for 2023-2024 will be completed by by late October/Early November

**Results will sent home to all families in Mid-November.  Each student will receive their personal results, as well as school-wide results**
